By making this reservation,I authorize DTW Transportation Services to charge this credit card indicated as payment for the livery services requested herein. I understand that it is my/the passenger's responsibility to cancel reservation for service at least 24 hours before the specified pick-up time or the credit card above will be charged $25. I understand that the full fare will be charged for service reservation which is not cancelled in at least 4 hours before reservation in accordance with this policy. I also agree to the Terms and Agreement as described in our disclaimer.  
I Authorize DTW Transportation Services to charge all expenses related to reservations, made by me or someone else on my behalf. By submitting this form you are agree that

All our vehicles are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and safety. We do not allow smoking, drugs, fighting, weapons in our cars. If any client or anybody on behalf of our client is engaged in these activities, we reserve the right to terminate the trip immediately charge the full fare and all deposited money will be forfeited. A $100.00 extra will be charged for clean up or repairs. 
Passenger should TURN ON his/her cell phone upon arrival of the flight. We will call the passenger 10-15 minutes after arrival of the flight. We will wait for the passenger 30 minutes for domestic arrival and one hour in case of international arrival. 
Passenger can call us any time after arrival at 1-866-389-8294. In case of missed flight or change flight information, please call us at 1-866-389-8294. If the delay occurs due to weather conditions, mechanical problems, or any other reason, we will accommodate passenger accordingly . We will not be responsible, if wrong arrival/departure information is provided . In case of no show or you use the wrong service the full fare amount will be charged to the credit card given. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to trip. DTW Transportation Services will not be responsible, for any information provided to the driver. 
A $10.00 fee will be charged for an extra stop, if stop is for a reasonable time and on the way. DTW Transportation Services is not responsible for delays or termination in winter , caused by unsafe road conditions . 
DTW Transportation Services is not liable for in case of mechanical breakdown . Client assumes full financial liability for any damage caused by any member of the party, during the rental trip. We are not responsible for any articles left in the vehicle. Under age use of alcohol and possession or use of drugs is prohibited in the vehicles. Once reserved vehicle is dispatched for pick up , charges and fees are not refundable. 
We are not responsible, if the client did not view full policy description. All policies still apply.
